Playing and using the guides
You may access the website, play the game and read its guides for your own lawful, personal use, subject to these terms. The online game and its included styles are free. The site does not currently offer player accounts, subscriptions, payments or in-game purchases.
Use the site in accordance with applicable law and the rules of the network or device you use. Children should use it with appropriate guidance from a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian can contact the operator with questions about a child's use or information.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to disrupt its operation, distribute malicious code, bypass access controls, impersonate the operator or interfere with other visitors. Do not use bots or other methods to generate artificial advertising impressions or clicks, and do not encourage people to click ads to support the site.
Do not copy, rehost, sell or commercially redistribute the game, artwork or substantial website content without permission from the relevant rights holder, except where applicable law permits it. Automated collection must not evade access restrictions, overload the service or infringe others' rights. Ordinary search-engine indexing and lawful links to public pages are not prohibited by this clause.
Content and third-party names
Rights in the site's software, artwork, text and other materials belong to their respective rights holders. Permission to play or read the site does not transfer ownership or grant a general licence to redistribute those materials. Any separate licence supplied with particular material continues to govern that material.
Watermelon Merge is independently operated and is not the official Suika Game. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Aladdin X. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their owners. If you believe material on this site infringes your rights, email the operator with the relevant URL, a description of the material and the basis of your claim.
Local saves and availability
Where supported, rounds, scores and preferences are saved in your browser. They are not an account backup and do not automatically sync between devices. Browser settings, clearing site data, private browsing, software changes or device failure may prevent or erase saves. The operator may be unable to recover them.
The game, guides and site features may be updated, interrupted or discontinued. The operator does not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, error-free play or permanent preservation of local scores and progress. Do not rely on a score or game result as having monetary value.
Advertising and privacy choices
The site includes Google AdSense code; whether advertisements appear depends on approval, advertising settings and applicable consent choices. Third-party advertisements and external destinations are provided by their respective providers. Their appearance is not an endorsement or a guarantee by Watermelon Merge.
