Play Watermelon Game with no app download
Open the game in a browser and start merging fruit. Watermelon Garden does not require an app-store install, browser extension, account or payment. The browser still loads the page, code, pictures and audio over your connection; “no download” here means no separate app to install.
Play Watermelon Game →From this page to your first merge
- Choose Play Watermelon Game to open the game in this language. Wait for the board and fruit to finish loading.
- Aim above an open space in the bottle. Move your mouse, or drag a finger inside the game area, then release to drop the fruit.
- Bring two fruits of the same level together. They merge into the next level; use the Next preview to plan where the following fruit can go.
- Leave room below the dashed line. The round has no fixed time limit, so let the pile settle and pause whenever you need a break.
Choose your controls
Phone or tablet
Drag inside the board to aim, then lift your finger to drop. Use the on-screen pause and sound buttons. A current mobile browser with JavaScript and Canvas support is needed; a restricted in-app browser may not work the same way as your usual browser.
Desktop with a mouse
Move the pointer across the game area to aim and release to drop. A click outside the board will not place a fruit. If the round is paused or a dialog is open, close the dialog and resume before dropping again.
Keyboard
Focus the game board, then use Left and Right to aim, Space or Enter to drop, and P to pause. Tab moves through the page's buttons and links. A focused link still opens normally with Enter; focus the board again to return to play.
Does no installation mean offline play?
No. Opening or reloading this hosted site needs a connection to fetch the page and any uncached assets. Once everything has loaded, a running round does not depend on an online game service. This site has no installed offline cache, so reopening it without a connection is not guaranteed. A browser bookmark saves the address, not an offline copy of the game.
What about the portable HTML edition?
A separate portable edition bundles the game's code, pictures and audio into one HTML file. If you already have that file, open it in a compatible browser for offline play. It contains no analytics. This page does not provide a public download link, and the hosted play button opens the online site. Saves from the hosted address do not automatically transfer to a local file.
Where do my progress and choices go?
When browser storage is available, the current round, best score and skins are saved on this device in this browser profile. Return to the same site address to resume; the saved round opens paused. Private browsing, clearing site data or changing browsers can prevent or remove the save. There is no account login or automatic cloud sync.
Sound, skins and privacy
Click or touch the page before expecting sound, and check the game's sound setting and device volume. All included skins are unlocked and only change appearance. Analytics is optional for playing: the Analytics choices controls let you reject or turn it off without clearing your round. No app, payment or ad is needed to unlock these features.
If the page does not start
Check your connection and use a current browser with JavaScript enabled. If the device or network blocks the site, follow its rules and ask the administrator. The access-help guide below separates network restrictions from loading and input problems, so you can troubleshoot without erasing your saved game.
